Terms and Conditions

All children under the age of 13 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

⁠Brick Stop staff are not responsible for supervising or monitoring children.

LEGO® bricks can pose a choking hazard to young children. Please ensure small children do not put LEGO® pieces in their mouths.

Brick Stop cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from improper use of LEGO® or related items.

If you or your child have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform staff at the time of booking or before ordering food.

We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, though we take precautions and try to be as inclusive as possible

One LEGO® Set Per Table

• Each table is permitted one LEGO® set at a time.

• This helps us keep sets complete and ensures everyone has a fair chance to build their favourite sets.

• If you’d like to try a different set, simply return the current one to our team, and we’ll happily swap it for you.

Care and Respect for the LEGO®

• Please handle all LEGO® pieces with care and keep them on your table.

• Avoid mixing sets or removing pieces from the café area.

Family & Group Sharing

• Everyone at your table is welcome to join in and build together with the set you’ve chosen, teamwork is encouraged!

Missing or Damaged Pieces

• We understand accidents happen! Please let a member of staff know if any pieces are lost or damaged so we can replace or repair them.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse Brick Stop.

All LEGO products used on-site are purchased legally and used for recreational purposes only.

⁠Visitors are responsible for their own personal items.

⁠Brick Stop accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or to move the booking.

⁠No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

⁠If you are late for your booking, we will try to extend your visit but this might not be possible should we not have space.

⁠Any personal information you provide (e.g., for bookings or mailing lists) will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

⁠We do not sell your data to third parties.

⁠By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional communications related to your visit or promotions (you may opt out at any time).

⁠If you cancel or need to reschedule, we will need to contact you.

Brick Stop reserves the right to refuse entry or request a guest to leave the premises without refund for:

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour

• Failure to supervise children

• Violating any of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or at the front desk.

⁠Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version.

⁠If you are happy to share photos/videos of your stay on social media, please tag us to be featured. We will always ask if you mind us sharing images of children and would never share anything we have not got prior consent to.

⁠We always encourage you to share photos and videos of your visit and of your LEGO® creations. By leaving these built, you are consenting the Brick Stop team to photograph/video and use these creations on their social media platforms and/or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

⁠Any disputes arising from your visit to Brick Stop will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
