• Cancellations by You

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may not be eligible for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.

• Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, credit, or rescheduled session.

• As food and beverages are perishable, refunds are not available once items have been prepared, served, or consumed, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

• If you experience any issues with your order, please notify a member of staff immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.

• If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in touch with The Brick Stop Ltd team via email within 10 days of your transaction. You may be asked to provide a receipt or booking confirmation.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

• In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative if preferred.
